The Meaning of OSU!
OSU! Pronounced "OSS" with a long "O" sound in the beginning. Not meant to be screamed but said strongly.
It comes from the expression "Oshi Shinobu". It means patience, determination, and perseverance. Learn to push yourself on a daily, consistent basis with the patience and understanding to persevere in any kind of situation.
Knowledgeable trainers who will take the time to not only make you feel like you belong, but to progress you toward your goals. Space is great and always clean. Members are welcoming. They really do care, and it's child friendly!
