Aires & Rob provide the right amount of instruction to ensure that beginners feel comfortable and advanced members are challenged. I’ve been training with Aires for over 5 years and am continually learning, growing and being pushed to be a better version of myself. You will leave each class feeling stronger and more accomplished then when you walked in. Aires and Rob are exceptional coaches! They provide instant feedback to each person to improve form and technique. Their workouts are challenging and deliver outstanding results. Sanctuary also has a variety of classes, so there is something for everyone. The community here is both welcoming and friendly.
