Our adult classes include:

Boxing

Condition your body and mind while learning the Sweet Science of Boxing. Each class focuses on developing your punching skills and techniques while building strength and endurance using bodyweight exercises and heavy bag drills.

Kickboxing

Take the best techniques of all the Striking based Martial Arts and you have our Kickboxing class. Improve your mobility and full-body conditioning while learning a wide variety of punch and kick combinations. These heavy bag workouts are not to be missed.

Krav Maga Self-Defense

Conquer your most primal fears while learning the application of striking and close range defensive techniques in the safest environment. Our classes are based on the techniques of Krav Maga (Contact Combat) and developed to increase your comfort and ability to defend yourself.

Striking

Take a step further into the world of both Eastern and Western Martial Striking Arts. Learn the INs and OUTs of how to truly apply Boxing and Kickboxing techniques. These classes do not limit us to learning just a single art form. Through partner drills and pad work you will learn your offensive and defensive techniques needed to master Striking.

Grappling

They say all fights end on the ground. Our Grappling class will teach you the proper form and techniques used in the most popular grappling Martial Arts. Learn what is necessary to know in a real situation. Learn defensive and offensive wrestling techniques to control situations while learning aspects of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu such as basic chokes and arm manipulations to complete a highly ignored aspect of Self Defense Training.

Strength

Our bodies only move in certain ways. Our strength and conditioning classes are set to make sure you are able to move fluidly through these basic motions whether you're an athlete or just looking to improve your everyday capabilities. Through Functional Training techniques and equipment we will improve overall strength, range of motion, stability, endurance and much more.
